How to Apply 
The Department of Environmental Health offers Ph.D. and M.S. program's and also participates in the combined M.D./Ph.D. program. The department also offers a Master of Science program with either a thesis track or a non-thesis track option. For those interested in requesting admission forms by E-mail, please contact the graduate office for admissions forms and current stipend amounts.

Candidates with bachelor's or master's degrees in biological science, chemistry, molecular biology, genetics, environmental engineering, mathematics or related fields are encouraged to apply. Whenever possible, promising candidates are invited to visit the department. Students accepted for admission into the doctoral program are awarded a yearly stipend and a full tuition scholarship.
 
How to Apply

1. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat (now called Adobe Reader) installed, please download and install it by clicking the icon below and following the instructions on that page. Once you have the program installed, proceed to step two.

2. Open the following pdf files in Adobe Acrobat, fill in blanks, save, then attach to an email to stephanie.starkey@uc.edu. If you only have Adobe Acrobat Reader or you experience any bugs filling in the form, you may have to print the PDF file, fill in the blanks, and send by postal service to:
