Jennifer O'Shaughnessy

Jennifer O’Shaughnessy joined the staff of the Family Lung Cancer Study at the University of Cincinnati in September 2006. Jennifer has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the College of Mount St. Joseph. Jennifer is a member of the Kappa Kappa Gamma Fraternity at the University of Cincinnati.

For the Family Lung Cancer Study, Jennifer recruits and interviews family members. With the information family members give her, she creates a pedigree or family tree for each family. Jennifer also works with family members to schedule blood draws and get family medical records.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family.  In May 2009, Jennifer got married.  Some may still know her by her maiden name Baker.  Jennifer looks forward to working with the GELCC team and speaking with the family members that are interested in the study.
