Admission and Application
Requirements
The
Certificate in Clinical
and Translational Research is designed to
provide an introduction to
clinical and translational research.
Interested candidates should possess a
baccalaureate degree.
Applications can be submitted at any time
throughout the year and, upon acceptance,
students can begin the program in any
quarter.
Application deadlines are
as follows:
Summer: May 15
Autumn: August 15
Winter: November 15
Spring: February 15

UC Graduate School
Certificate Application: A check or
money order for $15.00 payable to the
"University of Cincinnati" must be submitted
to the Graduate School, University of
Cincinnati, PO Box 210627, Cincinnati OH
45221-0627 along with a printout of the
application.
2.
Departmental Application: Email the
completed form to
Jackie.Knapke@uc.edu, or send by regular
postal service to the address below.
3. Personal Reference: One
reference is required. Applicants can
either submit the
Personal Reference Form,
or have their reference write a letter of
support.
4. Official TOEFL scores (Institutional
code=1833; Department Major Field Code=46).
A minimum TOEFL score of 600 paper/250
computer test/100 Internet-based is required of all applicants
whose native language is not English, unless
specifically exempted. The TOEFL requirement
is met for applicants with medical or
graduate degrees earned from accredited
universities and colleges in the US, Canada
(except Quebec), England, Australia, New
Zealand, or other English-speaking
countries.
5. Official transcript from the
college or university where you received
your most recent degree.
